You can find some great deals on ebay but you can also get scammed. I bid and won on action from the seller daisyone979 and paid right away (jan. 29,2008). Today is 2/13/08 and I have yet to recive the item. I sent 3 messages to the seller asking about my item and have recived no replie. Yesterday I reported the item as not recived and since I used pay pal I am trying to get my money back that way. It's only been a day but still no replie to my dispute claim. I have little faith he/she will and will take the next step for my claim which is to have pay pal look over the problem. The seller has a good rep but on closer ispection you will find that 4 people (not including me) have either not recived their item or got the wrong item). That's 4/100, if some of that 100 people are real who knows but just stay away from seller daisyone979 on ebay. I'm not trying to bad mouth this person just stating the turth and rasing awareness, so you don't loose money like I have. I'm just glad it was only $19. They had a picture of the item and an excelet description and good rep, and yet no item and no replie

So the space shuttle is laning around this time..I just heard the sonic boom from the space shuttle, it sounded like thunder but it didn't rumble just one BOOM and that's it, I don't know if i would have heard it inside, but i just happend the have to go out to my car and I was like what was that oh yea my dad told me we would be able to hear the space shuttle coming down. Too bad you can't see it. Mark that down 11:51am Alabama time sonic boom from space shuttle. That's on of the cool things that has happend, unlike the tropical storm that came through the other month. It was just before 11am (alabama time) and i was a sleep and all of a sudden I woke up because there was this weird noise outside. I opened my window, thinking what is that noise. So I go downstairs open the door, omg I think think that's the tornado sirens. So i turned on the tv and it Said Tornado warning. Oh *&%$ where's the cat, what isn't the weather radio going off? I was alone in the house except for the cat since my dad went to pick up my mom from the airport, so I was also freaking out since i knew most deaths from a tornado are those people in their cars. I guess the weather radio did go off while i was sleeping I just didn't hear it since my room is upstairs. It was just raining, one thing I hate about this house is it doesn't have a basement so in a case of a tornado we hid in the bathroom. There was also one night last year i think it was probably 2am and all of a sudden my mom comes in and wakes me up in a hurry, "GET UP THE TORNADO SIRENS ARE GOING OFF" Luckily there wasn't a tornado we don' t know how long the sirens had been going off we couldnt' hear it, we went out to radio shack that day and bought a weather radio and the next time I'm going to be home alone I'm putting that thing in my room. When I get my own house, i want it made of cement, it will look like a normal house but stronger and a basement

I just got done watching daning with the stars and sabrina bryan who is the best dancer is not going to be on the show anymore because for some reason she didnt' get enough votes, even though she has a big fan base and has had the highest scores up untill this week. Her lowest score is 25/30 she should win the competition not get voted off, I have 3 accounts that I use to vote for her, how many accounts should i have needed for her to win. SABRINA BRAN DESERVED TO WIN THE DANCING WITH THE STARS AWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a 25/30 put her tied in 4th place, last week she had a near perfect score and the week before that a perfect socre. The first week of the show she came out and blew everyone away with three 9's she has always been in 1st and second place, I'm so upset. I don't even want to watch the rest of the season it's not worth it anymore to me since she's gone i voted for her to win, they always say your votes count but i'm not so sure. My mom would have voted for her if she knew how to use a computer well enough to do so and my dad couldn't vote because he's in china on business, he is going to be shocked!!! So I'm posting this message on my myspace, my live journal and my face book plus i sent messages to some of my friends. I'm going to tell my cousins tomrrow but I'm so tierd right now I don't think i can get it all done tonight. I had to use my parent lab top since it's the closets to the tv and turns on faster than mine since there are hardly anyfiles and this computer

I can't belive it's september 11 again. Can you belive it's already been 6 years since the terror attacks? It seems more like two years for me. I can only imagine what it must be like for the family's and loved ones who lost someone that day. There's also people dying from health problems caused by the effects of that day. Almost 3,000 people have died in effect, it makes my problems seem small. six years ago I was a sophmore in high school now I'm in college and 21 years old. I really hope this war doesn't go on for more years. the world is just a big mess I guess.
It's also been 1 year and 1 month and 1 day since I moved from ohio to Alabama. I really hope some of you will make an effort to come and visit me sometime in the next year, I'm the one who always does the traveling and it doesn't look like I'm going to be going anywhere. Think of all those times I gave all of you a ride someplace with out question, and all the times I have been back in ohio to visit. I know you all have school and or work or lack of money but at least try, there's always some reason why, I don't care why anymore, I'm just lonley down here I miss everyone in ohio.
People who have come to visit me down in alabama: my grandparnts, my brother and his girlfriend, 2 friends, 2 aunts, 1 uncle and 3 cousins. My grandpa is 83 years old and my grandma is amlost 80 and they drove all the way from a small town near to toledo down here to my house, and my relatives all came from the clevland area, my aunt diane flew to georgia and met with some friends and the there of them drove over and stayed the weekend.
Untill then I will hope and wait... and do my homework which I'm currently putting off.

Well I'm back in school but at least it's not high school. The public schools down here started a week ago. It has come to my attention that I have been to way to many schools. Not just the schools in the Talawanda distric, but I went to a tech school my last two years of high school, and now I'm at my third college. UA wasn't for me, it was going to take too long to graduate so I transferd again. Now I'm at shelton state communtiy college and I'm waiting to go to my first class but so far I'm very happy because all of my previous classes are not going to waste. They all count for something here. hopefully I will be done in the next year or two years. I do still really miss everyone from ohio. I don't know when I will be back. YOu alll really need to come and visit me, I'm always doing the traveling. Now if all goes well with the ohio house that is still for sale and open for rent then my family and I want to go to disney world right after xmas so if that happens I will not be coming to ohio as planned! Well I better go class awaits!!!

I seem to know a lot of people with summer b-days... My brother turned 24 on june 8, tiffany turned 21 on june 10, not to mention fathers day and my parents wedding aniversary all in june... July is the birth month of my cousin elizabeth, my friends emily (aka madkatz21), and renee (aka aqalion).
Tiffany's bday was fun, although Emily and I didn't get to stay long, but we didnt' have quite an experiance getting there. We used "tom tom" (gps). not only did tom tom have a british accent but it used yards and said things like motor way... Motor Way, umm do you mean interstate? Luckily I knew how to get to 73 because tom tom gave us some weird directions.
So today is my last day in oxford, tomorrow I'm flying to the akron airport and spend time with family there. Then on the 19th I'm flying home to alabama. I'm going to a late lunch with my brother and his girl friend. I probably won't be able to make it back to visit untill december. Feel free to come and visit me anytime. Alabma is not hot all year round so don't tell me you won't visit b/c it's hot. See there is this invention called air conditioning. Spring break would be a good time to visit... There's no best buy, khols, skyline, or steak and shake we do have taco casa, cuppys, IHOP and really nice movie theater (a lot like the rave theater), 2 malls (the 3rd mall will be finished this fall), sonic, super target, 2 super walmarts, olive garden, and much more, and all in town, not an hour away! There are plenty of back roads too so you can avoid mcfraland blvd.

We have all heard about what happend at virgina Tech. before I go debating what i think, I want you all to be carefull and keep a close watch on any suspicios activity. there are people know who are going to try and copy cat. Espically since today is the 8th year aniversary of colimbine if i'm correct. I wounder if the cho guy realized that. There was a high school kid in florida who was arrested for threating to kill 100 people at his school. Now there's a guy loose in california who confessed to a preiest and his family that he was going to make the V Tech kill look "mild".
Gun controll, I don't think people should be allowed to have guns in public unless they are the police. If some of the students had guns it wouldn't have made a differnce when he first started shooting. What i do think is that is should be harder to obtain a gun. This guy had mental issues and it didn't show up on his background report. And why kill a bunch of people if you don't like rich people? Guns are expensive, where did he get the money, his life savings? Aring the video's and photos he sent to nbc wasn't a good idea, it is just what he wanted. now some dumb asses are going to think that is a good idea.
You know what else? fox news found someone on face book or myspace holding a whole bunch of guns. The stupid thing they did was to try and track down the person. they couldnt' find him, he used fale addresses. hello he has guns! he could have shot you!
This guy was crazy enough i'm sure he could have found a gun illegally. The point is it was easy for him to buy guns legally.

I think mother nature mixed up her months. march was like early summer and this month is like fall, spring was in feburary. At least in alabama. it's been winter for the northern states. if the weather keeps changing alabama is going to get some sever weather. my house doesn't have a basment so we all have to get into the bathroom. there is a house in a neighborhood near by, i think it's in harbor ridge. the cool feature about that house is it has a walk in safe on the first floor. that would make a good storm shelter if needed. but then again for $800,000 your damn right it has a safe. the house isn't huge, it's the same size as mine but it's all about the neighborhood. and houses on the lake are even more expensive, there are 2 lots left on the lake in my neighborhood and they are over $100,000 and they are small lots. no wounder jack warner is so rich. supposivly his dad or grandpa invented the paper bag, and jack warner used to own all the land around the lake, kept a pice for himself. there's harbor ridge and a few others that are connected. there's a yaht club, golf course, equiped with huge fans b/c it gets so hot down here, and a park, and of course the lake. but unlike my neighborhood there's no public access. the enternce looks like somone's driveway and is just big enough to fit a gulf cart. speaking of the lake if they weather had stayed in the 80's i could be swimming in the lake, and the university pool. I had realtives come to visit and it wasn't warm enough for my cousins to swim. beats snow which is what they returned home too

I know i don't need any more shoes but I want to go to macys, but i don't know where there is one other than berminham. I don't have a best buy, or khols here either. I usually ignore commericals but i saw a macys commercial for shoes and I'm in love! I'm looking online right now, I need to try on the shoes though. I critque clothing i see all the time, but take a look at this picutre, it makes her look fat. it looks like a pillow case!
You know what else is a a pain the UA medical center, I couldn't use the student side of the medical center, i had to go to student services and pay $75 b/c i only have 3 hours. so i go to the other side where i've been before. there was no one at the reception desk to get people into see a doctor, so i waited for an hour and still no one came, and by then there were a whole bunch of people waiting. Well i have an infection in/ on my big toe, so it really sore. now that the weather has been so nice down here, i have been able to wear sandles which helps. but my toe gets bad on days i work. I probably should have gone to see a doctor about it earlier but it wasn't this bad. When i moved here i was unpacking a box, I decided it would be easier to move the box a few feet, so i could put the stuff in the closet. well i wasn't wearing any shoes and i was pulling the box. I ran over my foot, It not only hurt but a month or so later I lost my toe nail, it was getting better, but then it got really bad again. I'm a shoe freak, I can't wear a lot of shoes right now. so when my mom asked if i felt any differnt today, any older i said, well i have a piple and my toe hurts!

Just in case any of you have heard the news about alabama, I'm alive, i'm not injured but i am having some issues. there was sever weather, hail, and you could see the rotation in the clouds but i tornado did not touch down in my area. infact the storms didn't come untill 2:30pm. it looked like it was going to storm before then but it didn't. we were under a tornado watch up untill 2:30. i got home was sending a message to emily, she left me a messege on yahoo messenger and she was concerned i told her i was ok and then, the weather radio went off and my mom yelled up to me "AMY TORNADO WARNING" so i said oh shit emily got to go i spoke too soon. the sirens went of several times, i grabed the cat and put him in the bathroom. my parents and i didn't go in the bathroom to hide right away we waited a little while and watched the weather report, the storm had not yet arrived, but a few minutes later we all were in the bathroom. the cat didn't understand why we wouldn't let him out. so a few minutes later we went out to check on things, not much had happend, if there was a tornado it would have been hard to see. then we went out then we were shortly back in the bahtroom the sencond line of storms was coming through. another few minutes went by and my dad was like, we should be ok now. so we go out and watch the clouds, we could clearly see the rotation, so we go back inside and check the weather report again, a third line of storms was about to hit and it looked like this one was the strongest, you know how red and pink indicate really strong storms, well it wasn't just pink, in the center of the storm there was a black dot. all this time i'm thinking we should be in the bathroom it's not safe. but i wait and go out side a few times i got some good picutres it got really dark really fast, it was so creepy. everthing was still and silent, reminded me of the movie twister. the clouds were getting really dark, there was no rain no wind, and no one was out side. shortly before the first storm hit i saw some kids outside. silence, then the last storm finally hit the wind picked up, rain and hail, and the wind was blowing the hail. i was on the back porch and i could feel the updraft as the hail started to fall, i got some video of it, you can hear my saying "don't you think we should go into the bathroom again" and my dad finally said yea that's a good idea it's not safe, the hail was getting blown onto the porch. so that was one hell of a day! so to show you where i live in compairson to enterprise where the tornado hit look here: http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?do=nw&go=1&r=f&aoh=&aot=&aof=&2a=&2c=Enterprise&2s=AL&2z=&2n=Coffee%20County&2y=US&2l=iEkVjz6VB1lf8YC2ZS2NTw%3d%3d&2g=AVd6wEk3oNtiM75%2fCaCNjQ%3d%3d&2v=CITY&1a=&1c=TUSCALOOSA&1s=AL&1z=35406&1y=US&1l=euCv8TqG3pO2QzR%2bGegeAg%3d%3d&1g=nwpMLKh5k%2f06LIWJsDRCPA%3d%3d&1pn=&1pl=&1v=ZIP&1ffi=&1ex=&1n=TUSCALOOSA%20COUNTY

Ohio is cold and has winter storms. Alabama currently has sever weather. tornado producing weather. there was a funnel cloud, and wall cloud, but it's passed over us. My mom and were in the bathroom w/ the cat while my dad was on the look out. the tornado sirens were going off. I'm still ready to jump in the bathroom again. there are 3 strong storms going through alabama right now. I'm watching the weather chanel right now, hit has live feed from a town east of me, and it's really dark there. UA is closed for the night, due to the sever weather. there was a day last month where there was a storm, it was 2am and my mom ran into my room and said, get up, the sirens are going off! well by the time we had realized that, the storm had already passed over us. so now we have a special radio that alerts us of sever weather, it's almost loud enough to wake the dead

It's already spring here, it's been in the 40's but today it really felt like spring. It's 60 degress here, it's going to be the same tomorrow, the newspaper was wrong, it was warmer than they said and in cincinatti is colder. flowers are already coming out, not blooming just poking up threw the ground. I think you should all look into escaping the cold and come down and stay w/ me. there's hasn't been snow in this area in 6 years and even then it was an inch. suposivly people freak out down here. we didn't even get an of the ice strom, that was norther alabama, well just north of bermingham. not to mention my neighborhood is right on the lake, i would take a walk but my legs hurt from being at work. by the way i don't live on the lake, my dad's boss does. 4 cars 2 college students, (i don't have free tution), and 2 houses. we have been doing some house work. new counter tops, new kitchen sink, and painting, my room is next. my room is pink, pink is fine just not this pink, too young for me. my mom wants to paint the computer room but i like it. it only looks small b/c it's a disaster area
